Okay, so after a little thought, I wrote up some facts and conditions about wishing for a child via the Dragonballs.  If such a thing is even possible, I'm not sure but I figured it was better to take matters into my own hands and bend the rules a bit.  xD  I tried my best to make it sound believable.    

As you might imagine, if word were to get out about a kid able to grant wishes like the Dragonballs, there would be a lot of people scrambling to find said child since, you know, it's a lot quicker to get hold of one kid than it is to search for 7 magical orbs.

Not that the particular child (and likely only child to be born in this way) I concocted this for would have to worry.  His parents would gladly put a stop to anyone foolish enough to mess with their baby.  c:

So there we have it.  Veku will be born from a wish on the Dragonballs (a suggestion from his grandpa Vegito, if I remember correctly).

I really have no clue what to categorize this as since it's just a short little background type thing.  xD
